Bryan is having severe chest pain do to a heart arrhythmia. The nurse hooks him up to the AED to shock his heart back into a normal rhythm. The shocks jolt through his body but Bryan does not respond. He crashes and suffers a full cardiac arrest. His heart fibrillates and must be shocked back to life before it is to late. The nurse pounds on his chest and breaths for him but Bryan continues to descend and does not respond to treatment.
