Amy is getting ready to workout for the second time today. She has been trying to loose weight at a rapid rate and is not eating. Lisa warns her to not over do it but Amy does not care. While she is in the middle of her workout she starts to have chest pain. She stumbles into the bathroom and calls for Lisa. Lisa runs to her side and tries to keep her calm as Amy is having a massive heart attack. Amy clutches her chest, looses conciseness, and her heart stops beating. Lisa breaths for her with the CPR mask and hooks her up to the home AED. Amy's body is jolted various times. Lisa administers chest compressions and keeps breathing for her tiring to get any signs of life out of Amy.

The second part to the original office. Apryl is still on the floor flat lining. The EMT enters and checks her vitals. Apryl is suffering a massive heart attack. The EMT bags her and continuously checks her vitals. She falls into v-fib again and is defibrillated numerous times. CPR continues at a rapid rate. Apryl's eyes then fluter and she breaths in. Oxygen is administered and her vitals again checked. The pain is still in her chest and she must be moved immediately before she suffers another cardiac arrest.

Lisa cardiac arrests immediately in the intensive care unit. Her chest is pumped and her heat is shocked to bring her back. When her pulse is restored she is given breathing tests and her vitals are checked. Her breathing is labored and the doctor forces oxygen through a super tight ventilator mask and then through a Bi-Pap mask. The EEG cap is placed around her head to monitor her brain activity. Lisa's hart fails again and the resuscitation continues. An old school Bio-Med feel with a lot of new equipment.

Electro shock therapy is in progress for this patient. The ECT delivers a continuous rate of electric to the temples until Ella cardiac arrests on the table. CPR and defibrillation are used rapidly to bring a heart beat back. The doctor delivers deep chest compressions and a rhythm is captured. The patient is then hooked up to a larger ventilator mask strapped tight to her face. The mask forces oxygen into her lungs at a rapid rate keeping her body oxygenated. Once stable the ECT treatment continues.

Katie is being prepped for surgery with severe pain in her abdomen. The nurse preps the anesthesia and gasses her down. She is tubed and her vitals are checked. When the doctor enters he finds his patient is in V-Fib and she needs to be resuscitated. After a pulse is back she awakes and fights the tube. Her IV is run, The first 3 injections are administered, oxygen is at 15 liters, and Ella is in cardiac arrest. The drugs rush through her veins and the paddles jolt her heart but Ella remains in full arrest. The nurses work on her continuously bagging her and shocking. But Ella's blind illness shortens the young girls life and she dies in the ER.

A co worker is delivering a file to her when she starts to experience symptoms of a heart attack. She lies on the floor as Chris calls for help and gives her oxygen from an old emergency pack. She grasps his hand tightly as the pain in her chest escalates. Apryl winds down and takes her last sip of air. Chris runs to her aid with the in house AED and performs CPR on her till help arrives.

Tension flares up as the doctor gets frustrated with her team but they have to work through it to try and bring Carol back to life.
