An officer pulls over a suspect for speeding. The man is quite defensive toward the officer and tosses his licenses to the ground. While retrieving the license he uses a taser and puts her down. The suspect repeatedly jolts the officer sending her into an arrhythmia. The paramedics try and cardiovert the officer but she falls into a full cardiac arrest.
