Annie is getting ready to go to a Halloween party, but before she leaves she must feed her habit. In an instant she is rushed into the ER under CPR. Her rag doll costume is ripped open and the defibrillator is charged. A shock jolts through her body with no response from her. The three nurses continue to work on her trying to get a heartbeat back by injecting drugs and compressing her chest. Annie stays in cardiac arrest but the nurses will not give up.
