Vivian is pulling a double shift doing medical coding, filing, and dealing with the reception duties in the ER. The only way for her to keep going is energy drinks. One after another she keeps putting them down as she works. Lexi shows concern as to how many she has consumed but Vivian is not so bright when it comes to why thirteen drinks is a bad thing. Her heart races and she begins to breathe heavily. Toni and Kay quickly join as Vivian goes unconscious, falling victim to a full cardiac arrest.
